E.Q.OmatSpecial cleaner for test probes

E.Q.O. mat is a proprietary cleaning material that removes contamination such as flux and oxides found on the tip of probes. E.Q.Omat is an important process that extends probe life, is inexpensive and very user friendly.

Characteristics/specification

The main reason for contact failure is contamination on the probe tip.
Contact resistance is a result of contamination on the probe tip causing contact failures.
The E.O.Q. mat eliminates contact failure by removing the contamination on the probe tip thus extending probe life.

 A simple and effective application at cleaning the probe tip, just press the E.O.Q. mat on the probe tip and remove the dirt and contamination.

Routine maintenance extends the life of the probes and can dramatically reduce maintenance cost. It may also be effective for crown type dirt that used to be hard to remove with conventional cleaners.

Using the E.Q.Ostamp adds pressure evenly to the test probe and can remove dirt uniformly.
Use of E.Q.Ostamp is recommended from the standpoint of safety. Two types, vertical and
horizontal, are available.
