[WIT MEMBERS] Terms of Agreement at Registration

WIT Co., Ltd. – Membership Registration and Terms of Use

1.　New Member Registration

Customers who wish to register as Members for the purpose of using the Website operated by WIT Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) (“the Website”) are required to complete the registration through the New Member Registration Form. Membership registration shall be deemed complete upon the Company’s issuance of a notification email titled “WIT MEMBERS Registration Completion Notice.” In the event that any false or misleading information is provided during the registration process, or if the Company otherwise determines that the applicant is not suitable for membership, the Company may refuse the registration.

2.　Changes to Registration Information

Members shall promptly update their registered information in the event that any changes occur. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the Member’s failure to make such updates.

3.　Cancellation of Registration

Customers who wish to cancel their membership registration shall submit a request to the Company. The Company will process the request in accordance with its prescribed procedures. Membership cancellation shall be deemed complete upon the Company’s issuance of a notification email confirming the completion of the cancellation process.

4.　Loss of Membership Eligibility

The Company may, without prior notice or communication to the Customer, revoke the Customer’s membership and suspend the Customer’s use of this website if any of the following conditions apply:
・If false, incorrect, or incomplete information is found in the registration
・If the registered email address is unreachable
・If the password is provided to or misused by a third party
・If the Company determines that the customer has violated the terms of use or that the registration is otherwise inappropriate

5.　Management of Email Address and Password

Members agree not to provide their registered email address or password to any third party, and acknowledge that their use is strictly limited to the registered individual. Members shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and strict management of their email address and password. The Company shall bear no liability for any damages arising from insufficient management, misuse, or use by a third party of the Customer’s email address or password.

6.　Changes or Modifications to the Website

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice or communication, to modify, revise, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of this website, its content, or the Members’ Registration Terms.

7.　Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights, patent rights, trademarks, know how, and all other intellectual property rights related to the text, graphics, and other materials contained in the catalogs, specifications, and similar documents available for download on this website shall belong to the Company or to third parties that have granted rights to the Company.

8.　Handling of Personal Information

The Company shall handle the information provided by Customers in accordance with the Privacy Policy separately provided on this website.
